Mark Soo is a Philippine-based freelance research consultant with research interests in Japanese defense/foreign policy, non-traditional security (North Korean sanctions) and emerging military technology (drones). He has a BA in Political Science from Simon Fraser University and a Masters in Strategic Studies from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies at Nanyang Technological University.
